Through her God-given gift of interviewing, She has reached a vast audience globally, connecting listeners to powerful voices, influential authors, experts, cultures, and life-changing conversations from around the world. 

She is a renowned motivational speaker, author, leadership trainer, success coach, and a recognized authority in psychology and personal development.    Over the course of her career, Constance has received multiple major contracts to design and facilitate tailored Empowerment Strategic Workshops, serving more than 10,000 women transitioning back into the workforce.

For over 30 years, she has served as a private coaching and training consultant, developing transformational workshops and programs that have changed lives and redirected the personal and professional paths of men and women alike.  Known for her inspirational and motivational speaking style, Constance is frequently sought after to lead leadership training and professional development workshops across the United States and around the world.  She has a unique ability to inform, inspire, and empower audiences to unlock their potential, increase productivity, and live with greater purpose.  Constance serves an extensive and diverse clientele across both the private and public sectors.

Constance has over 30 years of experience as a Professional Counselor, Certified Dream and Success.  Her extensive and diverse clientele has enabled her to develop and implement customized counseling and coaching strategies that create lasting, transformational change in both the public and private sectors.  She currently coaches individual clients across five continents, guiding them in all areas of life and empowering them to create and live their best lives. Her diverse client base has also led to executive coaching engagements within both public and private organizations, where she works with C-suite leaders, vice presidents, and other senior-level executives.

Constance is the author of Secrets of Success and Attracting and Manifesting Genuine Love.   In her books, she draws on over 30 years of expertise, wisdom, and proven principles to guide and empower readers to apply universal strategies that move them beyond self-imposed limitations and into creating and living their best lives.

Constance earned her B.A. in Business Education/Administration from Tennessee State University and her M.A.Counseling/Education from Atlanta University.  

Constance resides in Atlanta, Georgia, where she enjoys exercising, entertaining, traveling, reading, and discovering new cultures and countries. She is a lifelong learner with a love for growth and exploration spiritually.
