For the past 2 decades, Constance has been a leader in innovative counseling, training and coaching techniques designed to empower people both personally and professionally. A recognized authority on psychology and personal and professional development, Constance has directly impacted 10,000 women in the State of Georgia where she was contracted to conduct transformational empowerment workshops and coaching for women.

For more than 20 years, Constance Arnold has been known for her unique delivery in the areas of self-motivation and maximizing human potential. A dynamic and entertaining speaker, as well as a sought-out-trainer, she has a wonderful ability to inform and inspire audiences in developing their own human potential and personal effectiveness. Her extraordinary training and coaching expertise have awarded her major training contracts in both private and public sector.

Constance has been personally certified as a Dream Coach and utilizes customized and strategic coaching skills which produce permanent change.

Constance obtained her B.A. from Tennessee State University and an M.A. from Clark Atlanta University respectively.   She is the author of  SECRETS OF SUCCESS and is in the process of publishing her new book HOW TO TURN YOUR MESS INTO A MIRACLE.
