My name is Don McCarty, I am a computer applications developer from northern California. I have recently enjoyed a wonderful set of coaching sessions from Constance Arnold. For my own daily meditatiopn practice I created sets of Audio Brain entrainment meditations using subtle stereo theta wave inducing Binaural Beats set to base Solfeggio Frequencies – with Alpha Pulse Isochronic tones, along with digital stereo live nature recordings and rich deep synthesized tracks – and enhanced with digital sound loops and effects. I decided to created a set of iPhone/iTouch/Android apps to share my meditation technologies with others. Constance has helped me increase my success, my sales and my motivation. Constance was able to zero in on what i needed to help me with my business and my personal approach to life and success! I now consider her a mentor and a new friend!
